My item is under warranty and no longer works

When ordering on our site, your order is placed with one or more of our partners.

Each seller has their own conditions for buying, delivery and also warranty claims.

In general, if you order a product from our site and find a problem with it you must inform the seller concerned in the following way:

1. Log into your customer account using your email address and password.

2. Under 'My orders' you will find a section called 'Product information'.

3. Select the subject titled 'Questions about the warranty'.

4. Now, simply enter your message and send it off! The seller will get back to you with information about the terms of their warranty within 1 to 2 working days.

The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days via email with details of the warranty.

If you do not receive a response from the seller within this time, please notify ManoMano of your dispute.
