If you have placed your order with multiple sellers, each of the sellers will deliver you their own goods.
You can follow each of your orders via your customer account in the section "My orders".
The button "Follow my order" allows you to know where your package is once it has been shipped. If you require assistance, don't hesitate to ask for help using the option "Where is my order?".
In some cases, the same seller may send an item in several packages.
If you have received only part of an order from the same seller, we invite you to contact the seller via your customer account.
1. Log into your customer account using your email address and password.
2. Under 'My orders' you will find a section called 'Order'.
3. Select the subject 'Order missing items' then 'Items missing from parcel'.
4. Enter your message.
During this period, please check your email inbox and your spam/junk folder.
If you do not receive a response from the seller within 1-2 working days, please contact us.
