I've received my item but I have a problem

First of all, it is very important to check the state of the package when it arrives.

Our sellers take care when preparing your package but despite their efforts on some rare occasions, it can be that the package suffers damage during transport. It is very important to check the condition of the package when it is presented to you and notify the courier in writing of any sign of damage to the outside, but also inside the package. Please open the package in the presence of the courier and check that the product is intact. The written notification of any damage allows the seller to open an investigation against their courier.

If the package is intact, to report a problem with your order and request an exchange/a refund/missing parts, you need to first contact the seller.
