To obtain the invoice for your order:
1. Log into your customer account using your email address and password.
2. Under 'My orders' you will find a section called 'Payment & Invoices'.
3. Select the subject titled 'Invoice' then the section corresponding to your need.
4. Now, simply enter your message and send it off!
Please note, the button "My invoice" will only be available if your order is marked as 'Shipped'.
The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days with a PDF version of your invoice.
During this period, please check your email inbox as well as your spam/junk folder.
If the invoice is already present in your customer account, it will appear in PDF format.
If you do not receive a response from the seller within 2 working days, please contact us.
