I placed an order using my bank card but my order doesn't appear in my customer account

After the validation of your basket, there are two possible options.

A. Your order is immediately validated

A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes to confirm the reception of your payment. In this email will be your order confirmation number which you will need to keep.

It is important to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.

B. You must finalise your order

Don't worry, everything's fine!

Due to security measures on our site, the payment page after the validation of your basket may be directed to your bank's control page.

At this stage, your bank will ask you to authenticate your payment as an extra security measure in order to generate your ManoMano order.

This authentification system will differ depending on your bank.

Often you will be sent a single-use passcode via text message which you will need to input on your bank's control page.

If however, you have a different authentification system, this is not a problem.
