Where do I find the delivery details?
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, information about your order’s delivery will be available and sent by email, with the following details:
- Carrier’s name
- Parcel tracking
- Expected delivery date
Remember to check your spam folder on a regular basis just in case the email ended up there!
You can also find this information by accessing your customer account:
- Click “ACCOUNT” and then “My orders”
- Click on the relevant order
- Consult the information (order status and shipping details)
- Parcel delivery tracking is dynamic and changes in real-time as the carrier advances along his or her route.
- Be on the lookout: the delivery driver may contact you by email, text message or telephone to arrange a time or give you important information.
- If your product is large, it may be shipped in multiple packages that won’t be delivered at the same time.
- When you receive the first cardboard boxes, check the contents inside and labels on top to know how many deliveries to expect for that order. For example, if your label reads “Parcel 1/3”, then you can expect three boxes. If you have not received all the goods, but the delivery times have not yet passed, then please wait.
Details on the status of your order
“In preparation” status
Your order is being prepared in the seller's warehouses.
The expected delivery times factor in this step as well as the time it takes to deliver your parcels.
Please wait until your order has been shipped so that you can consult the details by email or through your ManoMano customer area.
Your order has been handed over to the carrier.
An email has been sent to you with all the information you need to track your parcel's delivery.
You will also find the following in your customer account:
- Carrier’s name
- Shipping date
- Parcel number and parcel tracking information
- Delivery address saved at the time of your purchase
This status is updated once the carrier has confirmed the delivery of your order.
