To check the status of your order, head to the "My orders" section of your customer account.

If the status of your order is "Order in preparation", this shows that it will be shipped soon. Once this has been done, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the status of your order is "Order shipped", this shows that your package is in transit. An email will be sent to you on the day that your package is shipped with details of how to track it.

You can follow the delivery of your order via your customer account.

Here is how to do this:

1. Log into your customer account using your email address and password.

2. Under 'My orders', you will find a section called 'Delivery'.

3. Select the subject 'Where is my parcel?' then the section corresponding to your need.

4. Now, simply enter your message and send it off!

Please be aware that not all couriers give tracking information.

If you require further assistance or you find an error in your order tracking information, please do not hesitate to request help from your customer account in the section "Where is my order?".
