If you still cannot use your product after following the assembly instructions, we recommend that you request support from the seller's technical services and avoid making any changes/abnormal use of the product.
- Sign in to your customer account
- Click “ACCOUNT” and then “My orders” to find the order in question
- Click on the order, then on the “Get help” section and follow the instructions to confirm your request
Make sure you clearly explain the issue that is preventing you from using the product, along with any actions already taken and potential misunderstandings with the assembly instructions, so that the technician can give you accurate information in a timely manner.
