How do I create a customer account?


Your customer account is your personal space on ManoMano's website. You can access it after registration using your email address and password.

You can use your customer account to:

  • Change your personal details
  • View all your orders
  • Track your open orders
  • Contact our After-Sales Service

Creating your ManoMano account

To ensure you have the best possible experience, we offer two types of customer account.

A. Standard customer account

This account will be linked to an email address and password that must be entered each time you log in.

  2. Enter your email address
  3. Follow the instructions to create your account

B. Guest customer account

A guest account is created during the payment stage, after validating the basket. The only difference between the guest and standard accounts is that the former does not require a password.

With a guest account, you can place multiple orders using a code you receive via email each time you log in to the site, instead of requiring a single password.

Please note: a guest account cannot be used to track orders or submit claims. To access those features, you must convert the guest account into a standard account using one of the following options:

  • Option 1: if you placed an order using your guest account, open the order confirmation email. Follow the steps required to receive a code, which you will then use to create a password and turn your guest account into a standard account.

  • Option 2: simulate login by clicking “Account” and then “Log in”. The guest account will be detected and you will receive an email with instructions. Follow the steps provided to create your customer account, which will validate the process of turning your guest account into a standard account.
