What should I do if I receive a suspicious email?

How do I know if an email is from ManoMano?

It's important to verify the integrity of emails, especially when it comes to protecting yourself from phishing attempts and other threats to sensitive information.

Here are some key tips for identifying a suspicious email:

  • ManoMano will never ask for your personal details by email. These details include the following:
    • Payment details (credit card number, debit card number, etc.)
    • Account password
    • National Insurance number of tax identification number
  • ManoMano will never request payments via a third party (for example, Western Union) or promise a cash reward via email.

  • ManoMano will never ask you to download a file from its emails.

Spammers and phishers can only get information about you if you share it.
