I want to make arrangements for what happens to my personal data in the event of my death (retention, erasure or disclosure to a designated person)

You can provide us with instructions regarding the retention, erasure and disclosure of your personal data after your death. You can also tell us, at any time, that you do not wish your personal data to be disclosed to a third party in the event of your death.

In the absence of instructions from you, your heirs will be able to exercise certain rights, including:

  • the right of access, if necessary for the settlement of the estate;
  • the right to object to the closure of your account and to oppose the processing of your data.

If you would like to exercise your right to make arrangements for what happens to your personal data in the event of your death, you can send us a request here.
