My product has arrived defective/broken

We are sorry to hear that your product is defective/broken, please accept our apologies.

In order to receive an exchange or refund, you must make a request to return to the seller. It is necessary to attach a photo to your message for proof of the defect.

Here is how to do this:

  1. Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.
  2. You will find in "My orders", the heading "Cancellation or Return".
  3. Select the subject "Request refund" and "Product arrived damaged but package intact" or "Product and packaging arrived damaged" or "Defective product."
  4. Write your message.
  5. Click on "Choose File" to attach photos supporting your claim.

The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days via email to confirm that they have received your request.

If you do not receive a response from the seller within this time, please notify ManoMano of your dispute.
