Explain your request in detail: we recommend contacting the seller first. Simply go to “ACCOUNT” to find the order in question. Click on the order and then on the “Get help” section, where you will be given the option to choose between different reasons for your request. The seller will send you a response within 24-48 working hours.
If you encounter any difficulties, ManoMano is here to help! Feel free to tell us if the issue wasn't resolved to your satisfaction or if you didn’t receive a response to your first message. Click on “Online Assistance” again and answer “No” to the question, “Request being processed or resolved?” Our team will then intervene as soon as possible (24 hours maximum) to resolve the issue.
