The seller has refused my request to return an item

You have sent a message to the seller to return an item but they have refused your request.

Check that your request complies with the return conditions stated in the article I wish to return an item.

  • Retraction:
    • You have made your return request within 14 days of delivery
    • The product and its packaging are intact. The goods can be re-sold.
  • Defective/broken product
    • You have acknowledged this on your delivery note or you have contacted the seller within 48 hours of delivery.
    • You have made the return request within 14 days of delivery.
    • You have sent a message to the seller and attached a photo of the defect.

If you do not receive a response from the seller within 2 working days, you must notify ManoMano of your dispute.

We will respond as soon as possible.
