I've changed my mind, I no longer want my product (cancellation within 14 days cooling-off period)

Customers have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day you receive the last goods ordered by you (even if delivered separately) and receive a full refund. This cooling-off period applies if you have changed your mind and no longer want your product for whatever reason.

Under what conditions can I cancel?

  • According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your cancellation period starts from the time you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, so it is important to let the seller know within this cooling-off period.
    • After this 14 calendar day period, there is no guarantee that the seller will accept your cancellation request and the seller is not obliged to exchange or refund your goods.
  • Your goods must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us, and you are free to choose the carrier.

How do I cancel?

Firstly, you must inform the seller that you wish to cancel your purchase.

  1. Log into your customer account using your email address and password.
  2. Under 'My orders' you will find an 'Online Support' button with a section called 'Returns & refunds'.
  3. Select 'Return item'.
  4. Now, simply enter your message and send it off!
  5. The seller will respond to you via email within 1-2 working days to confirm that they have received your request and send you all the necessary details to return your goods (the return address and, in some cases, a returns slip or invoice to include in the parcel).
    • You should not return your items before receiving confirmation from the seller.
    • If you do not receive a response from the seller within this time, you must notify ManoMano.
  6. Once the seller has confirmed your cancellation, you just need to send your goods to the seller.
    • Remember to ask the carrier for a proof of deposit with package tracking to provide proof of shipment to the seller. Self-Returns Option: hassle-free returns!

Some of our sellers offer a hassle-free returns option when you wish you cancel a purchase during your 14 days cooling-off period.

When you see the button 'Return items - possible until [date]' in the list of orders in your customer account, this means your item is eligible for self-returns. You'll just need to click on this button and follow the instructions!

The advantages of self-returns?

  • If the size of your parcel is classed as 'standard', you will be able to proceed directly to information page with our returns conditions and the return address. Once you have made your request, you can return your goods without having to wait for the seller to reply.
  • If your package is considered 'heavy or bulky', you will have to declare this in your request and wait for the seller to reply so they can offer you a more suitable and reasonably priced returns option.
